Famo 創立於 1998 年，
我們的初衷是提供顧客「 平價與高品質 」商品。
為實現高品質優化理念，我們充分運用 SPA 模式 ( Speciality Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel )，從商品策劃發想、生產過程、配送物流到零售一手規劃，嚴格控管每個產品的生產過程。
為落實平價政策，我們的優勢在於工廠型態與網路經營模式，可分散多餘的成本開銷，並自建物流服務，以最高的效率方式達到最完美的極大化，幫助顧客的需求為首要目標。以簡單、樸實為概念，擁有完善的售後服務與品質保固，幫助顧客提升睡眠品質為目標，達到最有效率的服務。
為確保品質，每年會定期檢驗，通過 ISO9001 品保認證 ( 維持企業服務之品質，確保商品的一致性，以提高效率及效能 )、國際睡眠協會 ISPA 認證 ( International Sleep Products Association )、SGS 檢測標準等多項認證與肯定。
在激烈競爭的台灣市場中，我們也成了少數擁有外銷能力的公司，經過多年的努力與開發設計，除了擁有合法的工廠登記證，也成了出口量最大的床墊公司，很榮幸能獲得國際市場給予的肯定與支持。
